Alhaji Rasaq Okoya the billionaire businessman held a grand ceremony to re-marry his last wife and mother of his four kids few days ago. Sade Okoya in a extravagant wedding.  Okoya is the chairman of Eleganza Empire and the Aare of Lagos.
